Warranty

Ayapi Jewellery offers a Six (6) month manufacturers warranty from the date of purchase for all Made to Order Custom items.

 

A Three (3) month manufacturers warranty from the date of purchase is offered for all Non - Custom items.

 

Warranty entitles the consumer to a replacement of the same product.

 

All of our jewellery is of a delicate nature and care must be taken when worn. 

 

It is important to follow the Care Instructions published on our website and on the Care Card sent out with every purchase for your warranty to be applicable. 

 

Proof of purchase must be retained for warranty to be valid. Your emailed invoice is all the proof you need!

 

Warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover discolouration, scratches or damage from wear & tear or lost items.

 

The warranty is void if accidental damage has occurred, or if your piece has come into contact with any moisture or wetness of any kind, including contact with skin lotions, hand sanitisers, soap, cleaning products or perfume.

 

Jewellery pieces exposed to moisture or acidic skin types (this is determined by one’s own body chemistry) will discolour at a much faster rate if care is not taken.

 

Scratches are not considered a manufacturing defect. This may occur from everyday wear and tear.

All jewellery pieces will be assessed carefully before a replacement piece is provided.
